PRI HOOSIER 500 ChatGPT privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to all publicly accessible GPTs developed to provide statistical analysis and data insights for the Hoosier 500, a simulated Indianapolis 500-style sim racing event. These GPTs include:

  • Hoosier 500 Race Analyst
  • Hoosier 500 Qualifying Analyst
  • Hoosier 500 Practice Analyst

Each GPT uses custom actions to retrieve data from public Google Sheets containing official event statistics. No personal data is collected, stored, or shared.

Data Collection and Use

These GPTs do not collect or store any personal information from users. When you interact with one of the Hoosier 500 GPTs, the only information processed is your prompt and the race-related data retrieved in response.

All race, qualifying, and practice statistics are pulled from Google Sheets that are maintained by the Hoosier 500 organizers and made accessible via public Google Apps Script Web App URLs. These documents contain only simulated racing statistics such as driver names, lap times, race results, and historical performance.

The GPTs use this data exclusively to generate contextually relevant and accurate responses to user questions about the Hoosier 500.

Third-Party Access and Tracking

No third-party tracking, analytics, cookies, or user identification mechanisms are used by any of the Hoosier 500 GPTs.
